These Terms of Service govern your use of Roast My Cart, operated by Soliton Group LLC. By using Roast My Cart, you agree to these Terms.
What Roast My Cart Provides
Roast My Cart is an entertainment app. It generates jokes and opinions about submitted purchase intent media such as shopping screenshots, product pages, carts, product photos, shelf photos, receipts, and links.
Roast My Cart is not financial advice, shopping advice, legal advice, medical advice, product safety advice, or a factual review service. Outputs should not be relied on to decide whether a product is safe, effective, legal, authentic, or suitable for any particular use.
Entertainment Disclaimer
Roast My Cart is for entertainment. Roasts are jokes and opinions, not factual claims about any product, brand, company, person, service, or organization.
Product names and trademarks, when shown, are used only to identify the item submitted by the user. Roast My Cart is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those brands.
Your Submissions
You are responsible for the images, links, and other content you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, content that violates law, or content that contains unnecessary personal, private, or sensitive information.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Roast My Cart to harass people, generate illegal content, attack protected classes, submit malware, bypass security controls, overload the service, or reverse engineer abuse-prevention systems.
Payments
Roast My Cart may offer optional support tips. Tips do not create a premium entitlement, subscription, account balance, or stored credit. Apple and Google manage store payment identity, receipts, refunds, and billing support according to their own terms.
Service Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that roast generation, reminders, sharing, store purchases, or other features will always be available or error-free.
Intellectual Property
Roast My Cart, including its design, software, branding, and original content, is owned by Soliton Group LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Roast My Cart.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soliton Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, purchases made or not made, or reliance on generated output.
